Roberts & Downey's commitment to funeral and chapel furniture began in western Illinois where stands of oak, cherry and walnut trees provide the beginning of this special customized furniture business.

We take pride in our craftsmanship... Wood is not new to us and the characteristics and personalities of the hardwoods we use, show in every piece we make. All of our products are solid wood and veneer. We match all wood before we start crafting each piece of furniture.

We use Pratt and Lambert © stains...the finest stain available providing uniformity throughout each piece. Over 14 stain selections are available for use on oak or cherry woods.
